Kwek Bin works at the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH), where, among other things, his main roles are providing IT training to its visually impaired clients and engaging various stakeholders in efforts to improve the welfare and interests of the visually impaired in Singapore. He is visually impaired himself from a genetic and progressive eye disorder, has limited partial vision, uses a cane, and uses the same technology he teaches his clients in his work and daily living.
