Low Jarn May

Jarn May is a prominent Deaf community leader in Singapore. She has been active in Deaf advocacy and community development work through her many years of pro bono work on Deaf Access, Disability Rights, and Human Rights Advocacy. Jarn May was also actively attending World Federation of the Deaf meetings. She also worked with disability advocates in ASEAN, participated in the UN Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and co-presented on human rights issues.
