Daniel Chong (b.1995, Singapore) is a sculptor working in the expanded field of affect, delving into social constructs around human emotions. His practice is characterized by the ability to upend traditional understandings of objects through subtle and often minute interventions. Chong holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Arts from LASALLE College of the Arts. His recent exhibitions include a solo presentation at 1a space in Hong Kong and participation in the OSTRALE Biennale O21 in Dresden, Germany.
